Is an RD right for retirees?
- An RD suits seniors who save monthly from pension or rent.
- For regular income, a monthly-payout FD, SCSS (8.2%) or Post Office MIS (7.4%) fits better.
- Submit Form 121 (earlier 15H) each April if your tax liability is nil.
